Charmaine’s business is travel – Hallmark Travel has been a presence in the town for 27 years but Charmaine has been in the travel business since leaving school.
She has travelled extensively, because personal experiences are the best way to advise and help clients find their best experience. As well as being a Fellow of the Institute of Travel and Tourism, she has received her Licentiateship in Travel from City and Guilds. This is the highest qualification available to travel agents.
Charmaine is also an executive member on the ABTA Advisory Board for SE Region and is standing for a position as non-executive director on the board for the travel agency’s consortium, Advantage Travel.
Charmaine is not new to the boardroom of EGBA, stepping up to the plate again after 3 years and looking forward to raising the profile even higher.
