EAST GRINSTEAD & DISTRICT ASSOCIATION FOR MENTAL HEALTH – COFFEE MORNING

EGDAMH are sponsoring a drop-in coffee morning at Chequer Mead on the first Thursday of each month, starting this week – 6th June- 1030 – 1200.  It is aimed at individuals who may feel lonely or isolated or find it difficult to cope.

Social interaction will help avoid future mental health issues.
