East Grinstead Town Football Club

East Grinstead Town Football Club was founded in 1890 and is a not-for-profit Community Amateur Sports Club and an FA Standard Chartered Development Club. Teams play in amber and black and are nicknamed The Wasps. The First Team play in the Isthmian League South East Division at the OHOB Stadium in East Court, home to the club since 1967, as do both the Under 23s and Under 18s who also play in the Isthmian Leagues.  We also run a third team in the Mid Sussex Football League who play at King George’s Field.

For more information on senior (adult) football at EGTFC and on youth football including mini-soccer, please contact us at eastgrinsteadtownfc@gmail.com

On First Team, Under 23 and Under 18 match days the licensed clubhouse is open and hot snacks are available from the tea bar during First Team matches – all subject to current Covid-19 guidelines.

The clubhouse with licenced bar is available for hire – see website for details  East Grinstead Town Football Club – Facilities (egtfc.co.uk)

We like to involve all the youngsters as much as we can and one way is for them to lead out our first team as our match day mascot. It’s a great opportunity for them to experience the pre-match preparations and atmosphere. Another way is for them to be involved is as a volunteer ball boy/girl. If you are interested in being a mascot or ball boy/girl please contact us at eastgrinsteadtownfc@gmail.com
